Returns are accepted only if:

• The wrong or a damaged item was sent.
• You contact us within 7 days of delivery (domestic) or 14 days (international).
• The item is returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Sale or final-sale pieces
• Custom or personalized items
• Intimates or hosiery

How to request a return:
Email us at silentbluevintage@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Wait for confirmation before sending anything back — unapproved returns won’t be accepted.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable.
